The Corporate Network Integration Support Package is a flexible combination of both remote servicing, on-site servicing and priority support to ensure all systems are maintained and running smoothly.

Remote Proactive Servicing
Corporate Network Integration will login and service the environment on a regular basis to update virus protection definitions, Windows Operating System updates, patches and inspect backup and server logs for any issues.

On-Site Support
A consultant from Corporate Network Integration will visit the workplace as required to carry out services such as installation of software updates to client PCs and resolve any possible issues.

Priority Support
As a part of your support agreement Corporate Network Integration can also provide rapid response priority support. Issues that require priority support will be attended to remotely. If this is not a viable option, a consultant will be on site within a few hours of logging the call to resolve to any issues.
